Sitework/Utilities for the Backus – Plainfield Expansion Project
In June of 2015, OR&L Construction Corporation contracted with Kobyluck Construction Co. to complete the site work and utilities necessary to construct a two-story 40,000 square foot facility behind the existing Plainfield Backus Emergency Center in Plainfield, CT. Kobyluck Construction Co. completed a temporary access road into the site off of Gallup Lane to provide a route into the project that did not interrupt the flow of traffic into the existing operating facility.
